By registering for or attending any class, event, or program hosted by Gabrielle Alexis LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

 Registration & Eligibility

  • Participants must complete all required registration, waiver, and consent forms prior to attending any class or event.

  • If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign all forms on their behalf.

Payments & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required in full prior to attending any class or event.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless a class is canceled by Gabrielle Alexis LLC.

  • Missed classes or no-shows will not be credited or refunded unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • In the case of illness or emergency, rescheduling options may be offered at Gabrielle Alexis LLC’s discretion.

 Class Conduct & Expectations

  • All students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and peers.

  • Disruptive behavior, bullying, or harassment of any kind (in person or online) will result in removal from class and possible suspension from future participation.

  • Gabrielle Alexis LLC reserves the right to remove any student from class for misconduct without refund.

Health & Safety

  • Participation in dance classes involves physical activity. By attending, students confirm they are physically able to participate and do so at their own risk.

  • Gabrielle Alexis LLC is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.

  • Participants must notify the instructor of any injuries or medical concerns prior to class.

Media Consent

  • Photos and videos may be taken during classes and events for promotional or educational purposes by Gabrielle Alexis LLC, unless a participant opts out in writing or through the official consent form.

  • Gabrielle Alexis LLC does not engage in collaborative posts or tagging with students to maintain a neutral and family-friendly brand.

  • Students may not film or post images of other participants without their explicit verbal or written consent.

 Social Media & Online Conduct

  • Students are responsible for maintaining respectful behavior on social media related to classes or events.

  • Negative, harmful, or inappropriate content directed toward Gabrielle Alexis LLC or fellow participants may result in removal from programs.

  • While Gabrielle Alexis LLC is not liable for content shared by students, action may be taken if violations of this policy are reported.

Intellectual Property

  • All choreography, teaching materials, class designs, branding, and promotional content are the intellectual property of Gabrielle Alexis LLC.

  • These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or shared for commercial purposes without written permission.

Liability Release

  • By attending any class or event, the participant (or their guardian if under 18) agrees to release Gabrielle Alexis LLC and its instructors from any and all liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

 Policy Changes

Gabrielle Alexis LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon posting.
