For Dance Classes and Events Hosted by Gabrielle Alexis LLC

1. Media Consent

By participating in classes or events hosted by Gabrielle Alexis LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional, educational, or internal use by Gabrielle Alexis LLC.

• Gabrielle Alexis LLC will not participate in collaborative social media posts, including co-posting, tagged approvals, or shared reels with students. This is to maintain a family-friendly and neutral brand presence.

2. Peer Recording Consent

To promote creativity while protecting participant privacy:

• Students may film themselves during class for personal use.

• Students may not film or post footage of other participants without their verbal or written consent.

3. Social Media Conduct

To uphold a safe and respectful environment for all:

• Students are expected to be respectful and mindful when sharing any class-related content on social media.

• Any form of bullying, negative commentary, or harassment—in person or online—may result in removal from classes or future participation without refund.

• Gabrielle Alexis LLC is not responsible for student-generated social media content but will take appropriate action if made aware of any violations of this policy, including bullying or inappropriate content.

Peer Recording Consent (Filming by Other Students):

I give consent to being filmed or photographed by other students during class or events unless I opt out below.
