I, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in dance classes, workshops, and/or choreography sessions organized and conducted by Gabrielle Alexis, hereinafter referred to as "the instructor."
In consideration for being permitted to participate in these activities, I hereby agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the instructor, their employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the dance classes, workshops, and/or choreography sessions.
I understand and acknowledge that dance activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, strain, or harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to waive any and all claims against the instructor arising out of my participation in these activities.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the instructor from any claims brought by third parties arising out of my participation in the dance classes, workshops, and/or choreography sessions.
I certify that I am physically fit to participate in these activities, and I agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by the instructor.
I have carefully read this Release of Liability and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I sign this Release of Liability of my own free will.
